After school, I spend some time studying and doing my homework. In the evening, I have dinner with my family and spend some time chatting and watching TV. I usually go to bed around 10 o'clock at night.

My favorite hobby is reading. I love reading all kinds of books, from novels to biographies to science fiction. Reading not only helps me relax but also expands my knowledge and understanding of the world. I usually read for an hour or two before going to bed at night. On weekends, I like to visit the library or bookstore to discover new books to read. Whenever I finish a book, I feel a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.
3. Healthy Eating Habits
Having a healthy diet is essential to maintaining good health. I try to eat a balanced diet, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. 5. Travelling

Travelling broadens my horizons and helps me appreciate the diversity of the world we live in.
